Terms and Conditions of the VPoint Earning and Redemption Program

1. General Scope of Application:

The VPoint Earning and Redemption Program applies to Customers who use Green SM services and have linked their VinClub accounts, subject to the following conditions:

• Effective date: October 15, 2026.
• Applicable Channels: Green SM mobile application and booking website.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, bank cards, e-wallets, and business cards.
• Geographical Scope: Transactions conducted in Vietnam.

Note: Orders fulfilled by Green SM’s Partners are not eligible for VPoint earning or spending accumulation for VinClub membership tier qualification.

2. VPoint Earning and Redemption Policy:

• VPoints are earned based on the final eligible order value (including VAT), after applicable discounts and promotions (if any), excluding surcharges, tips, insurance fees, and other charges collected and paid by Green SM on behalf of third parties. Earned VPoints will be credited to the Customer’s account no later than the following calendar day (T+1) after the order is recorded as completed in Green SM’s system.
• VPoints may be redeemed against the order value, excluding surcharges, tips, insurance fees, and other charges collected and paid by Green SM on behalf of third parties. The redemption rate is 1 VPoint = VND 1,000, with a minimum redemption of 1 VPoint per transaction.
• Refunded or cancelled orders are not eligible for VPoint earning. Any VPoints redeemed for such orders (if applicable) will be returned to the Customer.
• VPoint earning and redemption eligibility by service category:

(1) For car transporation services, this policy does not apply to metered taxi services where the destination is not specified in advance.

(2) For food delivery services, VPoints may only be redeemed against delivery fees and cannot be used to pay for food items.

3. Spending Accumulation Policy for VinClub Membership Tier Qualification

• VinClub records Customers’ accumulated spending on Green SM services for VinClub membership tier qualification.
• Orders eligible for spending accumulation must meet the VPoint earning conditions specified in Section 2 of these Terms & Conditions. Customers who are not eligible to earn VPoints solely due to VinClub membership tier requirements will still be eligible for spending accumulation for tier qualification.
• Eligible spending is calculated based on the final order value (including VAT), after applicable discounts and promotions (if any), excluding surcharges, tips, insurance fees, and other charges collected and paid by Green SM on behalf of third parties.
• Refunded or cancelled orders are not eligible for spending accumulation.

4. Other Terms & Conditions:

• This policy applies to all existing services and any future services introduced by Green SM within the service categories specified above, unless otherwise excluded under the specific terms and conditions of the relevant service.
• Green SM reserves the right to amend or supplement this policy and will notify Customers through its official communication channels before such changes take effect.
• Other provisions regarding VPoint earning, conversion, and redemption shall be governed by the Green SM VPoint Loyalty Program Rules.
• Green SM reserves the right to decline to award Vpoints, decline to record eligible spending for VinClub membership tier qualification and/or revoke previously earned VPoints in relation to orders that fail to meet the Program’s eligibility requirements, have been recorded inaccurately, or are found to involve fraud, misuse, or abuse for improper gain, in accordance with the Program Rules.
