1. Program Duration

The program records spin attempts from 00:00 on November 8, 2025 to 23:59 on February 28, 2026 (Vietnam time).

2. Eligible Participants

• Customers holding a valid Xanh SM account in Vietnam.

• GSM employees may participate for experience purposes only but are not eligible to receive physical prizes, to ensure fairness and transparency.

3. Applicable Scope

The program applies in cities where Xanh SM operates, including Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Nha Trang, and others.

6. How to Receive Spins

Customers only need to complete one of the eligible actions mentioned above to receive 01 spin for the Lucky “Green” Spin.

• Channel for receiving spins: Immediately after the transaction is verified, the system will send a notification via a pop-up banner within the application or upon trip completion.
• Response time: The spin notification appears within 10 seconds (maximum 01 minute) from the time the action is completed. 
• How to access the game: Users simply tap on any of the aforementioned notifications to be directed straight to the Lucky “Green” Spin interface. 
• Usage options: Customers can spin immediately or save the spin to participate later. 
• Expiration date for spins: 23:59 on February 28, 2026. 

(*) Regulations regarding the final prize distribution are presented in Section 8 of these rules.

7. Regulations on Proof of Winning

7.1. Description of the Wheel System

The wheel consists of corresponding slots as follows:

“Green Ride Piece” Slot – Customers may win one of the following prizes:

• 6-Month Xanh Unlimited Single Subscription. 
• 15% discount voucher (max 50,000 VND) for Bike services. 
• 10% discount voucher (max 50,000 VND) for Car services. 
• 15% discount voucher (max 50,000 VND) for Delivery services. 
• Flat-rate shipping voucher of 3,000 VND for orders with a distance of less than 3km and a food value from 80,000 VND for Food Delivery services. 

“Green Gift Piece” Slot – Customers may win a puzzle piece for one of the following prizes:

• Doji Bodhi Gold Leaf. 
• “Golden Prosprerity Money Tree” and a 200,000 VND Xanh Gift Card (Replacing the 8WONDER Winter 2025 Concert Ticket – VIP 1 Class). 
• “Golden Dragon Auspicious Pendant”, a 500,000 VND Xanh Gift Card and a 200,000 VND Xanh Gift Card (Replacing the 8WONDER Winter 2025 Concert Ticket – GA Class). 
• 500,000 VND Xanh Gift Cardd.

7.2. How to Use Spins

• Step 1 – Access the Game: Users open the Xanh SM app, select the Lucky “Green” Spin section; the screen will display the total number of remaining spins. 
• Step 2 – Perform the Spin: Press “Spin” and the system will automatically deduct the corresponding number of spins. 
• Step 3 – Receive Results: When the wheel stops, the won prize will appear immediately on the interface. 
• Step 4 – Collect Puzzle Pieces (if applicable): For spins resulting in a puzzle piece, users need to collect all 4 pieces to complete the prize picture. 

(*) All Xanh puzzle pieces are saved and displayed within the app for convenient progress tracking.

• Step 5 – Notification & Storage: The app simultaneously displays a pop-up and sends a notification regarding the prize just received; the gift is also updated in the “Your Gifts” section for Customers to check or use at any time.

7.3. Prize Verification Time

As soon as the system confirms the user is eligible for a prize, a notification will be sent immediately via the Xanh SM app, and the gift will be automatically saved to the “Your Gifts” section on the customer’s account.

7.4. Determination of Winning

• Each prize won by the customer is automatically recorded in the app notifications and the “Your Gifts” section within the Lucky “Green” Spin game.
• Users can proactively access these two sections to check or use the rewards at any time. This serves as authenticated proof of winning, ensuring absolute transparency.
• Gift ownership is tied to the phone number registered with the Xanh SM account; the system uses this information to identify the sole owner of the reward.

8. Prize Claiming Procedures 

8.1. For Physical Prizes 

a. Physical Prizes 

• Doji Items (Bodhi Gold Leaf, Golden Prosprerity Money Tree, Golden Dragon Auspicious Pendant): 
  • Notification: Hotline 1900 2088 will contact the winner within 15 days after winning confirmation to collect email, valid Citizen ID (CCCD)/Passport, and provide a list of Doji branches for the customer to choose from. 
  • Prize Confirmation: GSM will send a “Prize Confirmation Form” via email within 07 working days from the time of contact. 
  • Claiming: Customers must bring the confirmation form and personal identification to the selected Doji branch to claim the prize, no later than 45 days after the end of the Lucky “Green” Spin program. 

• HUAWEI Items: 
  • Notification: Hotline 1900 2088 will contact the winner within 15 days after winning confirmation to collect email, valid Citizen ID/Passport, and the delivery address. 
  • Claiming: After verifying all information, GSM will proceed to deliver the prize to the customer’s address within 30 working days. 

Note: Prize images are for illustration purposes only; actual designs may vary depending on the time, but the prize value remains unchanged. 

b. General Regulations 

• Customers are responsible for paying all personal costs (travel, accommodation, irregular income tax, etc.) related to receiving the prize. 
• Upon receiving physical items, Customers must sign a record of receipt or present a legal authorization if someone else is receiving it on their behalf. 
• All prizes cannot be converted into cash. 

8.2. Promotional Vouchers & Xanh Gift Cards 

a. Non-Physical Prizes 

• Automatic Gift Loading: Electronic vouchers or gift cards will be transferred by the system to the “My Gifts” section on the Xanh SM app no later than 30 minutes after the user receives the winning notification. 

• Monetary Xanh Gift Cards: 
  • GSM compiles the list of winners every Monday. 
  • Within 10 working days from verification, the prize amount will be topped up directly to the Green E-Card of the corresponding account, ready for use for all services on the app. 

• 6-Month Xanh Unlimited Single Subscription: 
  • GSM compiles the list of winners every Monday. 
  • Within 07 working days from verification, the winning membership package will be activated on the corresponding account for the customer to use the included benefits. 

• 3-Month Free Movie Package on Galaxy Play: 
  • GSM compiles the list of winners every Monday and contacts them for confirmation via Hotline. 
  • Within 15 working days from the time the hotline verifies the customer is on the list, the Customer will receive the prize code via the Xanh SM app. 
  • Customers use the code when paying for the 3-month movie package on Galaxy Play to get a full deduction of the invoice value. 

• Service Discount Voucher at Facial Bar: 
  • GSM compiles the list of winners every Monday and contacts them for confirmation via Hotline. 
  • Within 15 working days from the time the hotline verifies the customer is on the list, the Customer will receive the prize code via the Xanh SM app. 
  • Customers provide the code to Facial Bar staff when using services to receive the discount. 

• Service Discount Voucher at Vietravel: 
  • GSM compiles the list of winners every Monday and contacts them for confirmation via Hotline. 
  • Within 15 working days from the time the hotline verifies the customer is on the list, the Customer will receive the prize code via the Xanh SM app. 
  • Customers use the code when paying for bookings on Vietravel to receive the discount. 

• Pair of Vietnam – USA Round-trip Premium Economy Tickets from EVA Air: 
  • Hotline 1900 2088 will contact the winner within 15 days after winning confirmation to inform about the claiming procedure, collect email information, valid ID card/Citizen ID/Passport, and guide the customer through the ticket issuance procedure (according to EVA Air’s procedures). 
  • Customers are required to pay an additional $350 in taxes and fees according to EVA Air’s procedures for EVA Air to issue the tickets to the customer’s email. 
  • The prize is transferable. 

b. Responsibilities & Incurred Costs 

• Winners are responsible for paying personal expenses (travel, accommodation, transportation, irregular income tax, etc.). 
• When receiving the prize, Customers need to sign a confirmation or present a legal authorization (if claiming on behalf of someone else). 
• Prizes cannot be converted into cash. 

c. Terms & Conditions 

• Customer Support Point of Contact: For any questions related to the program, please contact the GSM Customer Care Hotline – 1900 2088. 

• Responsibility for Information Disclosure: GSM commits to: 
  • Publishing the full and detailed promotion rules on the Xanh SM application and the website xanhsm.com. 
  • Announcing the winning results on the application and contacting the winners directly. 

• Disclaimer of Communication Responsibility: GSM is not responsible if: 
  • The customer cannot be contacted via the registered phone number; or 
  • The customer is notified but does not receive/use the prize according to the regulations. 

9. Authority and Responsibilities of GSM 

• Sole Responsibility: GSM is the entity fully responsible for all matters related to prizes within the framework of the program. If there is any discrepancy between the information displayed on the Xanh SM app and internal data, GSM’s system will be the final basis. 
• Right to Refuse or Revoke Prizes: GSM reserves the right to refuse, revoke part or all of the prize, and suspend the customer’s right to participate without prior notice in case of detecting fraudulent behavior. GSM’s decision is final.
