Customers using, and drivers providing, services i.e. Xanh SM Car, Xanh SM Premium, Xanh SM Bike (including Xanh SM Bike Plus), and Xanh SM Express.

How to participate:
1. Receive lucky draw codes:
For Customers:
- Receive 01 lucky draw code after completing 3 trips with Xanh SM Premium or Xanh SM Car, minimum fare of 70,000 VND/trip.
- Receive 01 lucky draw code after completing 6 trips with Xanh SM Bike or Xanh SM Express, minimum fare of 30,000 VND/trip.
*The program is not applicable to GSM employees.
*Fare is calculated after applying all discounts and deducting all surcharges, insurance, VAT, and any other promotion if applicable.
For Drivers:
- Receive 01 lucky draw code after completing 50 trips with Xanh SM Premium or Xanh SM Car, minimum revenue 70,000 VND/trip.
- Receive 01 lucky draw code after completing 80 trips with Xanh SM Bike or Xanh SM Express, minimum revenue 30,000 VND/trip.
*Revenue is the amount paid by the customer after all discounts and deducting surcharges, insurance, VAT, and any other promotion if applicable.
2. Lucky draw process:
Lucky draw codes will be sent via the Xanh SM app or Xanh SM Driver app within 24 hours of completing the required trips.
- For Customers: These are 15-character random codes (“Codes”), in the format HKVNCARKH + XXXXXX for customers using Xanh SM Car and Xanh SM Premium services, and HKVNBIKEKH + XXXXXX for customers using Xanh SM Bike and Xanh SM Bike Plus services (where X represents random characters generated from A–Z and 0–9). The code will be sent to the customer’s Xanh SM Account upon completing the trip conditions.
- For Drivers: These are 15-character random codes (“Codes”), in the format HKVNCARTX + XXXXXX for drivers completing trips with Xanh SM Car and Xanh SM Premium, and HKVNBIKETX + XXXXXX for drivers completing trips with Xanh SM Bike and Xanh SM Bike Plus (where X represents random characters generated from A–Z and 0–9). The code will be sent to the driver’s Xanh SM Driver Account upon completing the trip conditions.
- Total number of codes issued: 400,000,000 codes, including 100,000,000 codes for each type of prize entry.
Xanh SM conducts the Lucky Spin based on valid customer data and codes in the system, and selecting winners live during Livestream sessions on the Xanh SM Fanpage and Bác Tài Xanh Fanpage.
During the special spin session on Vietnam’s National Day – September 2, 2025, Xanh SM will award 08 VinFast VF 3 electric cars, including 05 cars for customers and 03 cars for the luckiest drivers.
Please note:
- Prize entry codes generated from 00:01 Monday to 24:00 Sunday each week will be compiled and entered into the weekly draw held at 12:00 noon on the following Wednesday.
- Customers/drivers who have not yet met the required number of trips to redeem prize entry codes in the current week will have their trips carried forward to the following week to receive the codes.
- Prize entry codes that were included in a previous week’s draw but did not win will not be eligible for use in subsequent weekly draws.
3. Prize redemption:
For physical prizes: Winners will be contacted by the customer service team via 1900 2088 to arrange prize pickup within 30 days.
For non-physical prizes: Winners will receive a winning notification via the “Notifications” section on the Xanh SM app within 30 days from the time of winning.

Terms and Conditions of Participation:
- Winning customers/drivers must go to a designated VinFast dealership or Xanh SM office in the provinces specified by Xanh SM to claim the prize. When claiming the prize, winners must present their National ID, entry code, and the winning notification sent via text message.
- If the winner does not show up and does not contact the organizers with a valid reason, the prize will be forfeited.
- Winners are responsible for their own transportation and accommodation costs to claim the prize.
- By participating, customers/drivers agree to all terms and conditions as listed in the program’s rules, including any amendments.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be substituted or transferred to third parties.
- Winners are responsible for personal income tax and vehicle registration procedures as required by law.
- Xanh SM reserves the right to deny or revoke prizes, in whole or in part, if the participant provides false, unclear, incomplete, or impersonated information, affects the brand’s reputation, or is found to have committed fraud.
- In case of disputes related to this program, Xanh SM will take responsibility for resolution. If a mutual agreement is not reached, the matter will be handled in accordance with the law.
- Xanh SM is not responsible if a winner cannot be reached via the registered phone number or does not use the prize after being notified.
- Winners must sign a consent form allowing Xanh SM to use their image and personal information for communications on media and Xanh SM’s marketing channels.
- In case of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Vietnamese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Vietnamese version shall prevail.
