The Xanh SM Referral Program is designed to foster the growth of our user community by encouraging the referral of friends and family members to join Xanh SM using a unique personal referral code assigned to each Xanh SM account. By participating in the program, both the Referrer and the Referee will receive special benefits to enjoy the exceptional services provided by Xanh SM, the first electric vehicle service in Vietnam.

I. How to participate in the program?
  • The referral program applies to all valid users who have installed and registered Xanh SM account.
  • Each user will receive a unique referral code to share with friends, family, and acquaintances. The owner of the referral code is called the “Referrer”.
  • The Referrer will share the code with individuals who have not yet installed and registered account on the application, known as the “Referee”. The Referee must enter the referral code provided by the Referrer to complete their account registration and to receive the offer. Once the Referee successfully registers and completes their first trip through the application, the Referrer will receive rewards from Xanh SM.
II. Xanh SM Referral Program Benefits

1. Duration: From August 14, 2023 to December 31, 2023 (or until further notice).

2. Benefits:

By participating in the Xanh SM Referral Program, both Referrers and Referee will receive exclusive benefits:

  • For Referrer: 02 discount vouchers of 34% (up to 40,000 VND), applicable to Xanh SM Taxi/Xanh SM Luxury/Xanh SM Bike services.
  • For Referee: 01 discount voucher of 30,000 VND, applicable to Xanh SM Taxi/Xanh SM Luxury (receive voucher once referred person completes first Xanh SM trip).

Note:

  • The offer is applicable at cities/provinces that Xanh SM operates
  • The discount is only applicable to specified services
  • Additional fees are not covered by this offer, customers are responsible for paying these fees directly to the driver.
  • The offer is exclusively available to customers who have successfully fulfilled the requirements of the Xanh SM Referral program.
  • The offer is applicable to all payment methods, except for the Corporate Billing option.
  • The promotion cannot be combined concurrently with other promotional programs.
  • The vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date of availability.
III. Conditions for participating in the program

1. For Referrer:

To qualify as a “Referrer” in the program, individuals must meet the following criteria:

  • They must be a legal resident in their country.
  • They must meet the age requirements as stipulated by the law.
  • They should have registered and be actively using the Xanh SM app.
  • Their Xanh SM account must be valid and limited to only one account per Xanh SM service or product.

2. For Referee:

The “Referee” can be friends, relatives, or acquaintances of the Referrer. The Referee is required to:

  • Be a new user of the Xanh SM service.
  • Meet the terms and conditions specified in the program.
  • Fulfill and complete all the requirements outlined in the program.
III. Conditions to receive Rewards and Benefits

1. For Referrers:

  • Both the Referrer and the Referee must adhere to the terms and conditions set by Xanh SM and fulfill the necessary requirements to receive the rewards.
  • Canceled trips will not be considered for reward eligibility.
  • The rewards and benefits will have a specified time limit from the date of issuance.

2. For Referees:

  • Referees can receive benefits starting from their initial use of the Xanh SM app.
  • The specific amount and form of discounts are clearly stated in the offer.
IV. Program Changes and Termination

Kindly be aware that the terms and conditions of the Referral program are subject to adjustment and updates as the Xanh SM Application evolves. Xanh SM retains the right to modify, alter, or terminate the Referral program without prior notice. For comprehensive information and updates, please refer to the official website and app of Xanh SM or contact our support team for assistance and clarification regarding the program. Additionally, please review any supplementary terms provided with the invitation or on our official app and website when making referrals, as there might be additional terms that could impact the eligibility for rewards.

V. Violations

The Referral program is an official initiative developed and managed by Xanh SM. By sharing the referral code, you agree to adhere to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Sharing the referral code:

  • The referral code should only be shared with close relatives, friends, and close acquaintances.
  • The referral code is intended for personal use only and should not be utilized for commercial purposes or widespread distribution.
  • The referral code should be used responsibly and not be abused or manipulated.
  • Creating fake accounts or engaging in fraudulent methods to participate in the program is strictly prohibited.

2. Violations and Consequences:

  • Accounts found in violation of the Terms and Conditions may lose their eligibility to participate in other Xanh SM programs or have their rewards and benefits revoked.
  • Severe violations may result in permanent account cancellation.
