Jakarta, 8 August 2026 – Green SM has been appointed as the Transportation Partner for ASEAN Day 2026, providing electric vehicle-based mobility services in support of the 59th ASEAN Anniversary commemoration at the ASEAN Secretariat, Jakarta. This collaboration reaffirms Green SM’s commitment to supporting ASEAN’s sustainability agenda through low-emission transportation solutions.

Carrying the theme “Navigating Our Future, Together,” ASEAN Day 2026 serves as a momentum for ASEAN Member States to strengthen collaboration in facing future challenges, including climate change, clean energy transition, and sustainable development. Held at the ASEAN Secretariat in Jakarta, the celebration brought together the Secretary-General of ASEAN, Indonesia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassadors of ASEAN Member States, Ambassadors of ASEAN Dialogue Partners, members of the Diplomatic Corps, and international partners.
As the Transportation Partner, Green SM is deploying a fleet of 100% zero-emission electric vehicles to support mobility throughout ASEAN Day 2026. This collaboration reflects the synergy between the private sector and international organizations in driving low-emission mobility, while supporting carbon footprint reduction and accelerating the transition toward a greener, more sustainable ASEAN region.

Deny Tjia, Managing Director of Green SM Indonesia, said that ASEAN Day 2026 marks an important momentum to demonstrate how cross-sector collaboration can accelerate the adoption of sustainable mobility.
